We use your data to provide the Kinetik service, including:

  • Authenticating your access to the platform.
  • Syncing enriched data to your integrating systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Improving our entity resolution algorithms.

We do not sell your personal Customer Data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, data is deleted within 60 days in accordance with our backup cycles.

4. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., EU, California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
