1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kinetik platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you utilize our Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Kinetik provides signal intelligence and revenue operations automation software. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Kinetik grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

4. Data Usage

You retain all rights to the Customer Data you upload. You grant Kinetik a license to process this data solely to provide the Service. Kinetik aggregates anonymized usage data to improve the platform.

5. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your Order Form.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinetik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
